AFF Super Premium Cherry Crush
AFF Cherry Crush is a unique super premium fruit juice product made from 100% fresh Australian sweet cherries using processing technology developed by AFF/Agritechnology to preserve as much as possible the multitude of beneficial functional and nutraceutical properties of cherries (see Health Benefits).
Each litre of AFF Cherry Crush has some 140 large juicy ripe sweet cherries in it, and that’s all. (Small quantities of Vitamin C are added if the natural Vitamin C content of the cherries is low). There are no added water, sugars, preservatives, colours, flavours or other juices – just cherries. Cherry Crush is not made from concentrate – just pure fresh Australian sweet cherries.
Unique features of AFF Cherry Crush are its rich smooth texture, deep red colour and characteristic cherry flavour, clearly differentiating it from traditional clear cherry juices. Another key characteristic of AFF Cherry Crush is that it contains all of the skin (but not stems or seeds) of the fresh fruit in which is located the large majority of the antioxidants contained in cherries.
AFF Cherry Crush is inherently rich in the potent deep red antioxidants (flavonoids, anthocyanins, polyphenolics) which have been claimed to help prevent some cancers and cardiovascular disease, and relieve arthritic pain and inflammation. (see Health Benefits).
AFF Cherry Crush is suited to a wide variety of food/beverage applications, especially healthy high energy pure fruit juice (including sports drinks), blending with other fruit juices and drinks, and with dairy products such as milk, yoghurt and ice cream. It can also be used as a natural cherry component and flavouring in breakfast cereals, baked products, confectionery, healthy snacks (muesli bars, etc) and health products. As a drink it is best served cold.
AFF Cherry Crush contains no added sugar, salt or juice concentrates, is GMO free and contains no animal-derived ingredients. It is suitable for Halal and Kosher applications, and complies with current Australian Food Codes and Regulations.

Peach, nectarine, plum and other super premium fruit crushes, made similarly to Cherry Crush, are scheduled for release in early 2011.
