AUSTRALIAN FUNCTIONAL FOODS PTY LTD (AFF) is an Australian company using its own developed technology to process fresh Australian fruit/vegetables to produce new premium healthy functional and nutraceutical food and beverage products.

What are Functional Foods?

Functional foods provide health and well being benefits  over and above the basic nutritional contribution of the food.

AFF Super Premium Cherry Crush

AFF currently produces a unique super premium quality 100% sweet cherry crush with no added preservatives, sugars, flavours or colours, using methods that minimize the loss of the plentiful natural functional characteristics and/or nutraceutical activity of fresh sweet cherries. The crushes can be stored for over 12 months at -18°C, or without refrigeration if fully pasteurized.

New premium functional fruit/beverage products including nutraceutical concentrates and extracts, are also being developed in association with a related R&D company, Agritechnology Pty Ltd (www.agritechnology.com.au) and will be added to the range as the technology is perfected.
